Can one person really make a difference!

Can one person make a difference? Hell yes. I have seen it happen and that is the beauty of social media. All it takes is one person to have that thought and run with it. Boom within five minutes the world has seen that thought.
That thought can so easily transpare into a group of protestors raging war on the world and the powers that be, to a child taking a stand and asking his elders to stop killing kids. Or another child sitting out of school to start a protest to save her world. She is well aware of what it's going to look like for her and her generation and so she sits and others join her and she makes a stand across the whole world.
That is the power of social media and the power of one person stating a few words and putting it out there across the online world.
We must as humans though be careful of our words because those words or actions used the wrong way could start a war. A violent outcry that could hurt instead of help at this time in our world. Our world needs much more positivity rather than more negativity, the world has seen enough outcry, anger, frustration and upset that our world honestly does not have a chance of taking much more of that kind of abuse.
Our world needs love, understanding, helpfulness, forgiveness and healing.
My thoughts are if you want to make a stand on social media with your words. Make them good ones. Make them encouraging for our younger generation and even our older generation. Make them proud words that will make a difference in someone elses life. Make them powerful enough to bring change but soft enough not to bring out violence.
Each of us have seen alot of good and bad in this world. Let's strive to make the next days/years more positive, more loving, more nurturing, caring and appreciative of one another.
This is our home right now, we have to try and get along in it and that takes Empathy and Courage and the will to do that.
